About The artist

Basia Tluchak is an illustrator currently located in Southern California. Starting in 2013, she attended the Laguna College of Art & Design for four years working on her BFA in Illustration with an emphasis on Entertainment before heading out to stake her claim. She is Currently teaching part-time in a studio while she works freelance jobs and building her personal gallery of works.

Whether they are on paper or on the screen, Basia's pieces focus on color, expression, and a story to tell. Her subjects tend to revolve around the mystical and fantastic being influenced from a childhood of video games, fiction, and too much time in her own head.
